Has my order been dispatched yet?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 working days, sometimes sooner. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.

Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see the dispatch email in your inbox. If you're unable to locate it or believe it may have been deleted, feel free to contact us—we’ll be happy to provide real-time updates on the status of your order.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note that a handling fee of £8 per item will be deducted from your refund for all returned products. This fee reflects the shipping and processing cost associated with each item and is non-refundable, even in cases of return or order cancellation.

I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you!

I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do this?

We always try our best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.

My order is still not here please help?

If you order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will have your order resent.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you.
